So I am a total noob when it comes to issues of inverters, batteries, etc so I come to seek advice and guidance from those who know more than I do. I can get an Enatel PSC14. Link to specs and description is here:

My problem is I dont know if there is any practical use for it in at home because I see its 48v. So is it in any way possible that it can be used in a home environment or would I just be wasting my time and effort with this. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
