eNATIS Accident Report portal

Has anybody successfully used the eNATIS portal to report an accident? https://online.natis.gov.za/crash/
It seems to be a dreadful website - crashes back to the start screen 9 times out of 10 when you try to advance through the process and the mapping feature does not work at all, so the portal is actually unusable. Any advice / experiences welcome!

I have now had the same experience but I didn't even advance 1 time out of 10. I do not know why I dared to hope something government run would work but I am extra frustrated now.

Why would one even use this? Considering you need a police report for any insurance claims.

This is meant to be the alternative to going to the police station. Currently pulling my hair out with this...
