Have an ID number and name you want to tie to a phone number and email address?
eNatis will oblige. Go to their site, choose the option to book drivers license renewal and enter ID, initials and surname.
You're welcome.

Been like this for a while. No attempt to amend the questions to avoid supplying this information. An encrypted email response would have made it a bit more secure

Does it auto populate the rest of the fields using the data they have on file?

Yes, that's the point. As soon as you've entered ID and name, then clicked next, it asks you to confirm the contact details it has on file for you are still valid.

But you would have to know someone's ID and their name! That's impossible! Nobody would know someone's name if you know only their ID number.

This kind of poor security needs to see hefty fines if the world is going to get more secure. And people wonder where scammers get their number from...

And what did that IT system cost the taxpayer-??

Somebody who did not paid their account at Pathcare qwoted my wife's email address in their communication, and I had more than a month struggle with Pathcare to sort that mess out and stop receiving lawer threats of non paynents. My 1st strucgle was to get past the stupidity of a call centre effect.

Dear new user, welcome!

Shouldn't you have chosen "did_not_get_shafted" as your username? ;)
Thank you for the welcome "D",

I was born a South African under ANC rule so I am shafted by default, I will change my username upon emigration/if ANC is kicked out
