So, what do the scientists, astronomers say about what's going to happen end of next year/beginning 2013 ?

doing a google search for "end of 2012" brings up a lot of doomsday sayers pages... but i'm interested in what the scientists say.

any thoughts ?

The bible does say, the end will come, so be prepared for it . When , does it matter.

Lots of backtracking. Apparently the Mayans didnt actually predict the end of the world. Just didnt bother to have the calendar include dates beyond 2012...

Y2K was a real problem, and real fixes were applied...

Lol. Y2K was the IT scam of all time. Programmers and "consultants" made a fortune off dimwitted CEO's who where wetting their panties that their coffee machines would stop working on 1 Jan.

No doubt, but some systems needed genuine patches.

Another alternative for the more spiritual types is a shift in collective conscience of all people on Earth. For example something else will take place either economically or collectively somehow that will drastically change everything including the way we live.

Others say WW3.

Others say the rapture.

And of course maybe something more unpredictable like Yellowstone going off or a disease or whatever.

Who knows, not even sure is worth all the hype if nobody knows.
