End of contract

Hi,

I have 2 contracts which are ending with Telkom on the 24th of October.

How will it work, will Telkom know that my contract has ended and they stop billing?

Or, do I need to notify them that my contract is ending?

What's the easiest way to cancel the contract after it ends?

if you don't give notice it becomes a month by month contract.

If you want to cancel them, save yourself a LOT of trouble and rather get Telkom to migrate the contracts to prepaid, the day after the contracts lapse. You can then decide if you want to keep the prepaid services. If not, just shred the Sims
