A few ears back I used ephedrine to keep we awake, it also worked great for gymming. But it has its side-effects, eg. sleeplessness, limp dick, etc etc. I need to know if there's anything else anyone uses to give them that extra 'edge' before going to gym? I know for a fact caffeine does not work for me, neither does any of these energy drinks like Red Bull or Play. Seems ephedrine was the only thing that could do that?
