Engine run-in, still required or recommended?

Do you need to run-in a brand new car engine for current cars?

  • Yes - it should be driven at low-revs until 1000KM

  • No - New cars don't need to be run-in at all, just drive as you normally would

  • No - But there's other reasons to drive a brand new car slowly the first few hundred KM.
