engraving machines

Hi ppl

I need help im helping somebody fixing a old engraving machine. The hardware has been sorted and some upgrades was made to the pc parts. When we doing the driver load for the serial port for the engraver it ask for a DSC serial number. The machine uses Sure grave engraving systems software. My question is where do i find the dsc serial number.

A point in the right direction will be appreciated

The engraving machine is a Dahlgren . The software its running is Sure Grave. I dont know the exact model. Hope this helps

Sounds like you have lost your licence key for the software, they may be able to help.
Also, most of these programs work with a dongle but I have not used suregrav specifically so no idea of it does or not...

If not get a new licence or get Besgrav, Rhograv, Mach 3 or any one of the other engraving programs available out there.

Check your dongle for the dongle number, they will need it to supply you with a serial.

If they are American or European they will likely help, if they are Asian chances are you will have to buy a new package.
