Enhancement hit cap?

I would like to know what the cap for and enhancement specced shaman would be for spell and melee damage?

and

What is the best enhancement spec for raiding?

341 in 25man raids from everything i have read.

my hit is all messed up atm, i peaked at 594 the other night :S

i play enhancement again, and its awesome

pretty solid raiding build would be 16/55/0

9% to any mob 3 levels higher then you 5% for pvp, works like that for level 60, 70 and 80 , only the rating differs
