I have had enough now. I am cancelling my ADSL line tomorrow. My line has been down for 15 days in total over the last month to month and a half and has just gone down again. It will probably take another week to resolve the problem as before.

After all my complaints etc, the only thing I get back in terms of a credit is R51. That is for no ADSL for half a month (R122), no closer package for 10 days (R100) and no analog portion for 10 days (R35). So this was the promised credit that we are getting. This despite the R350 in cell calls for the 10 days of no analog portion, all the cell internet charges and the R100 in Telkom dial up calls because their line is stuffed.

I am sorry that I will have to cancel WA as their service is nothing but exceptional all of the time but I can't deal with this incompetance any longer. I am trying to run a internet software business with no internet. As much as I hate VC, at least they have workable internet.
