How long should a newly ordered Epipen last? A local pharmacy has one available of which the expiry date is November. Should I go for this one or order a fresh one?

Generally, I dont think you'll ever find an Epipen that wont expire within the next 12 months. Because they are not that commonly sold, pharmacies dont have that much stock of them, and what stock they do have has been there for a couple of months. That has been my experience.

However those things are pricey, so to pick one up now thats valid for the next 6 months (even though its probably good for a month or two after expiry) seems like overspend. If you can help it rather order one fresh that should give you 9-13 months.
