Cmon man, be more optimistic - Blackpool to get 13 points in the whole season.
But seriously, if they don't ban the vuvuzelas it's their choice entirely and I'm ok with it.
Maybe it's done to increase awareness of the team and attendance although qualifying for EPL should do that automatically.

I'll cheer for those guys all season! It's great to see a small club fight it out with the big boys. I'm sure that they will pull off some upset win.

Sadly they are destined to go straight back down, but at least they will have 1 great season.
 
Add Stamford bridge to the list of banned venues for the annoying trumpet
 
Which would be the only option... you'll always have that one club which tries to f-up everyone else's enjoyment of the game.
