Just google the magazine name eg: mens health pdf

I would look for the larger sizes of pdf 100mb+ there are sometimes smaller 60mb+ versions that look horrid on ipad screen.

I subscribed to National Geographic magazine and downloaded June issue.

I shouldnt have started the download as my iPad springboard keeps crashing even after I uninstalled some faulty apps from Cydia.
Is there a way to save the June Nat Geo download so I dont have to redownload again?

I don't know of any official way to do this. And fooling around in the filesystem, ugh. Good luck to you, is the best I can offer.
