equipment to upload live streaming footage for users

I would like to know what I could do to start. First of all, how do i go about showing live footage of people on a specific website, for example my own and where can I open up my own website at a reasonable price? What equipment i would need to record the footage with sound and it needs to be wireless. Website traffic would be for about 200 people having to login and stream at one go at a time. Thanks
