Ja, I think I'll go this route. It's something I could handle without all the tech voodoo involved with the other options as @SauRoNZA says.

Yeah if cable is an option will be the least painful.

Just buy a made up cable and masking tape the end and you can push it through ceiling and holes etc and then just some white silicone after to fill the holes etc.

Can put conduit in too.

It connects to your wifi and creates an Ethernet bridge, so you would plug in the printer to this ethernet and it should be the same as running a cable. Obviously this depends on your wifi signal at that location.
