Hi guys,

After a recent visit to a surgeon and an MRI (along with an epidural in my spine) I've discovered my back is proper screwed. Partially from sitting at the PC all day! I've tried a standing desk for a bit, and I'm not sure it's for me. I'm looking at a comfortable ergonomic chair. At the moment I'm looking at this one by Ergotheraphy. Anyone used it? Any other advice? TIA!

Unfortunately you have to try each chair, for a few days.
Trust me, i have a chronic back problem.
But as good as the chair may be, you also need to look at your posture and strengthen your core.
Which part of your back is an issue.

Correct :) I am starting physio soon, and have been told to start yoga and/or pilates to increase core strength.

All correct
Also see a Biokineticist who will give you a program on which areas to focus on.

A friend just did his Honours in Biokinetics and recommended I go for some tests. Looking at all options at the moment :)

They're very impressive, would love one but can't justify the cost yet.

I got the SAYL Herman Miller abt 2 years ago for my desk at home. It's an absolute dream. I recommend u save for one of these... I went with this one and not the aeron as there was no stock at the time and needed it!
