A JSE listed company that specializes in building materials is expanding their team and is looking for an Applications Support Analyst to join their team of professionals. · Formal financial qualification
· Relevant IT qualification
· 3 – 5 years ERP Application Support Experience
· Knowledge of Kerridge platform advantageous
· Understand principles of change management and change control in IT systems environment
In this role you will pro-actively support ERP system functionality within Service Desk Environment, assist user base with ERP knowledge, analyse problems and research solutions. Test and implement a solution for queries logged. Manage time and prioritise Service Desk queries
