Error 678 on when dialing up?

HI

I cant believe this f#$#$king telkom customer care numbers i now understand why peeps complain so much i have been trying since 8-30 this morning to try and sort out the issue.

unless one of you forumite can help, clearly no help from telscum today.i bought an axxess 1 gig local to test before i take the plunge .

Error 678 is to do with your network - can configuration, faulty cable several things.
Do you have 3 lights on - at the IDU - if not check cable - NIC enabled and configuration correct - as per manual.

If all that is ok then there MAY be another problem - normally this fault is customer side.
