error code: 80153004

Well, I got this with my previous Gamertag, and I know its because I enterd my Credit card details, and MS busted me and banned me from purchasing anything, so I made a new account, and didn't enter credit card detials, but as I was entering my 48hr code today it gave me the message, BAM! "can't retrieve information. error code: 80153004"

Anyone know if this is because Xbox Live is down lately, or whether it is because they banned me from redeeming codes?

I am sooooo pissed right now!
