Error deleting folder

Boot with a Live Linux OS from USB and delete that sucker.
It will work.

I use IObit unlocker. Adds option under the explorer menu to unlock/delete a file.

Checked now, says "Item not found" but the folder is there. I can see it.

Update. I came right ! Top of explorer menu: Delete, Permanently delete, Then it's gone.
So it seems the normal delete shuffs it to the recycle bin (Obvious) and permanently removes it completely.

This is now getting really weird. Copied a file into the folder and immediately the folder appeared twice. Like it doubled itself. When i click on the folder both highlights. Deleted, one is gone, and the other stays, empty.
