Error upgrading [Firmware] Novatel U740

Hi all,
I was upgrading U740 firmware to the last version and the program gave me an error before restore card configuration. When I restart the firmware utility it says "Backup Needs FACTORY ID or IMEI" and stop.

I was upgrading U740 firmware to the last version and the program gave me an error before restore card configuration. When I restart the firmware utility it says "Backup Needs FACTORY ID or IMEI" and stop.

I tried with the older version but result is the same.

How I can resolve this situation?

Oops!! U've gone and broke it!! Try a Vodacare, or if within 7 days of purchase, return to the store for a swapout.
