Error with new connection

Hi all, I am looking for advice on a frustrating problem. I have just had DSTV connected in my flat today in a complex and it is up and running. A lot of the channels don't work. The sports channels all work but most movie channels, news channels and cartoon channels dont work. It either shows a message saying "Connection to the DSTV signal is lost" or "There is a problem connecting to the service". Other channels work perfectly but most of them just show those messages. Are you able to tell me if there is a way I can fix it?

Very likely you'll need to enter in network settings to pick up most of the channels. Ask chairman/body corporate or a hot neighbour
