Back OT: The ANC is a complete and utter joke. I quickly shot down to the post office in the Cresta Center to pick up a speed services item, simple task? Not with this governmet, I get there and the ENTIRE shopping mall is without power, all the shops were closed, hairdressers were cutting hair in the walkways, etc. So now I have to take more time of today and try again later.

* the ANC. May they die exceptionally painfull deaths before their trips to hell.

I know the feeling - went out at 6am to draw money from ATM - do not want to play "ATM lottery" with the power outages.
Nice and safe outside a deserted shopping centre at that time, too.....
 
Nowadays one have to choose one's OTM's more carefully... and the loadshedding doesn't make things easier...
