Escalations and Signup contacts.

Good day All.

I would like to introduce a new Company Rep Profile @CoolHelp

This was initially @CoolConnect, however have re-used the profile as a support contact in my absence.

Currently I will be on leave from Monday to Wednesday (26-28 August) and will not be available.

Pleas e direct any support escalations , for issues such as line down, or support tickets not being resolved to @CoolHelp They can also assist you with installation orders , signup and upgrade/downgrade escalations.

NB: Please provide as much context and information on your issue for optimal assistance.

@PBCool Will also be available when able to.

A static IP has an additional cost of R100p/m

Please let me know if you would like to proceed? This would require you to configure your Router on Static IP protocol, instead of Dynamic IP.

Our team will be able to invoice the pro rataduring business hours

Pity they used the wrong address.
Apolgoes, the default billing address has not yet been updated.
Would you like us to re-issue the invoice with the updated address?

Edit I have sent it anyways, please let me know if its updated now?
if not, then I will have to ask our billing team to assist with that during business hours.
For now, it should be okay.
