Hi

How does someone actually purchase an eSim only product from afrihost. Want to test it as alternative data on a S23, but going through the ordering process it wants me to take delivery of a physical sim card. Searching esim afrihost just takes me to the start of the same process. Doesn't seem to make any difference whether I select Airmobile or Data only, or if I start inside clientzone or just normally, it doesn't come up as an option. I hope the answer isn't, well order a physical sim and then you can QR code the esim after delivery as the whole point is to not use a physical sim.

Hi.

Please download the Airmobile App; you can use the same credentials as Clientzone to log in.
Select the cart icon and choose "Try us out"
Then select Airmobile eSIM
It should give you a pop-up message confirming whether your device is compatible or not, and then you may proceed with sign up

I'm sure this has been asked before, but how do I transfer my e-sim to a new phone, if I stop using my current phone?

Unregister eSim on old phone.

Scan QR code on new phone, or depending on phones ecosystems, you might be able to transfer it (as one can do with iPhones) but will depend

got an S24 Ultra. So to unregister I'll have to go into settings > sim manager > remove e-sim.
Then I can just scan the code found inside the AirMobile app. Is this correct?
