Eskom agrees to give workers big increase

Is this a guaranteed 7% increase every year for 3 years?

Or is this a total of 7% across the 3 years (so like 2.3% each year)?

The prior is incredible considering the poor performance of Eskom, the latter is fine.
 
They deserve so much more. They're doing an excellent job. The dividends on Eskom's huge profits must be way more than this alone.

7% every year for the next 3 years. Although they'll probably ask for more next year anyway.

The anc socialists p1551ng away tax money to fund the vote buying scheme #418. Performance, delivery and competence irrelevant of course. Imagine, the treasonous scum that have sabotaged and crippled the country getting rewarded for doing so. Sickening
 
I have all the trust in the ANC that this will not entail taxpayer money. These increases will come from all the new electricity generated by these fine, well educated, trained, experienced and hardworking staff members which are then sold on to new clients.
 
At the current rate and scale of private generation projects being registered many of these employees will unfortunately have to be let go in a few years time.
