Our country has destroyed the capacity of its citizens to expect things like a certain basic amount of water usage per day or a certain amount of electricity which is of a level that allows them to not just survive but to function at levels which allow for development , There are poverty levels which are constantly bandied around like the 50 litres per person and electricity levels that are determined because of the incompetence and inefficiencies and overpayment of staff who are some of the most unproductive and also the unproductive culture and working practices of state owned companies and even the state itself , a job that cand be done by two or even three have staff allocations of up to 6 and even more . The government has become a job haven to be able to earn a salary while doing as little as possible for as long as possible and it was already there during the NP regime where people were employed because of their skin colour and language and it just carried on under another racially based system under the guise of Democracy . People have to have water , electricity and food but there must be a level of capacity and not entitlement built into the system and that's where capitalism that is now being pushed on every youtuber platform fails because capitalists are only for profits and greed of those that want to benefit on the backs of others .
