Yes, he was still facing a disciplinary inquiry. Apparently both he and Koko have been asked to go quietly, I heard a quote from the Eskom spokesperson this morning saying they're still waiting to hear from Koko's lawyers on the "ask" to resign. The instruction is from the presidency and ministry after the get together with CR17.
