Eskom CIU unit connection failed

So I tried to buy prepaid electricity, but the prepaid meter says connection failed.

I believe that Eskom is doing a keyt revision number upgrade, but I havent received the 20 digit pin.

Anyone else in Cape Town with meter problems?

You call Eskom and ask for it, they will sort you out.
