Eskom could use coal for longer

South Africa’s power utility Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd could run coal-fired stations for years longer than originally planned to allow more renewable power to be built as the country transitions to a greener energy mix.
 
Good luck finding that in 7 years time if the cANCer stay in power in 2024...

It's 2080. The technology exists to produce enough electricity to power a whole city from a mild breeze.

Eskom: "Stage 2 load shedding because Kendal unit 2 is down".
