Eskom-Do we need an increase?

I read somewhere something along the lines of-

1)Around 35% of Eskoms Power is stolen
2)Only a 20% collection from Soweto.(proably 1 of many townships)
3The average Salary at Eishkom is around R37000.Very high for a company of 35000 people.

If we took this and added corruption with coal,Inefficiency,Fat Bonuses etc-

Do we need ANY Increase?

The ANC top structures have to find new ways of funding their lifestyle. The arms deal was the first, the low income housing projects, the construction projects for SWC, etc were the next phases, now Eskom and then water for the near future. They just haven't found a loophole in the law to write a tax law that would pay the money directly into their personal accounts yet.

Increasing these prices ... will make South African residential prices among the most expensive in the world. In current purchasing power parity terms we could end up with the most expensive electricity price for residential consumers in the world.
