If Eskom can pay R56 for 2lt of milk, I shudder to think what the catering bills look like or what claims for reimbursement are being made.

Makes you think/wonder... like you say. The re-imbursments etc who is monitoring, verifying that ?. Eskom complains they are losing money, but meantime they pissing away billions

The only reason they are not in a hurry to stop is that the fat cats executives are benefiting more from it than regular employees.
