Last year they did pretty well. Briefly hit 70% EAF. Nearly double where they were years before.

They were definitely on the road to generation capacity recovery.

55% or so... maybe less. They've slipped. They went from a pretty much constant improvement in EAF through 2024 (the "hero" period) to reduction in EAF in 2025 (the "zero").

Whole question is why.. and quite a few versions about that, most of which don't fit.
