Eskom has a big problem

Despite periods without load-shedding, Eskom's persistent unplanned outages and growing reliance on imported fuels continue to stoke business leaders' concerns about South Africa's energy supply.
 
Decrease the red tape and regulations and IPP's will quickly fill the gap left once Eskom dies.

You mean the reliance on imported fuels because the ANC government fscked our refining capacity over?
