South Africa will rely heavily on private companies to build power generation as coal-fired plants that produce the bulk of its electricity are gradually retired.

Show me a single country where electricity costs came down after solar and wind renewables become grid-connected.

You're taking South Africans for p0este, whilst coercing everyone to clap for private-for-profit electricity supply.
 
You going to pay either way, no one supplies anything for any reason other than self enrichment.
