No!

National Treasury is lying, Our Leccy Minister is all over this and making progress.

EAF is better
I think I'm misreading that graph. It seems to indicate Eskom went from a high of 58% in June to a decline through July and August down to upper 56%?

All of which is well below the EAF of 70%.

Further if you compare to the same period from last year it's down nearly 5%. How is this getting better?

Eskom performance decline continues

The National Treasury said Eskom's energy availability factor continues to decline, and remains well below the utility's targets.

Didn't @TheChamp say that we shouldn't worry because Ramokgopa is going to fix Eskom's issues? How is a falling EAF making things better?

Like:
3 loadshedding stages could be cut, instead of hailing the leadership of Cassim and Ramokgopa people have found a distraction to argue about the author's name?

What's wrong with you people?

Or:
Just be patient and wait for it, one thing I can promise you is that you are going to be dazzled, I will give you a hint, what do you think is causing the Koeberg delay? Cassim and Sputla are on a roll with the coal power stations and all of a sudden we have an unexplained delay at Koeberg, which just happens to be situated in the Independent Republic and staffed to the brim with De Ruyter's sympathizers, remember how Koeberg lost a lot of top managers in quick succession during De Ruyter's reign of terror?
