Eskom Prepaid - Inconsistency

Hi All, does anyone else notice that you get a different number of units when buying eskom prepaid electricity?
I buy electricity for R1000 on the 1st of every month (via the FNB app), and not once have I received the same number of units. Yes, there is the periodic increase in costs, but even then, one would assume, you pay a fixed amount and you receive a fixed quantity of "product". Am I missing something here?

Eskom direct prices increased today.

I buy from Absa and their price per unit is constant, except for the annual Eskom increase.

Thank you. I'm sure I noticed the same thing when buying electricity vouchers at the till at Checkers. That's why I switched to the app.
