Eskom stage 2 load-shedding for the weekend

Better as in one that shows the correct schedule? No clue. I'm going to rely on the municipality's own schedule. I'm not sure how the app gets it so wrong though. The schedule hasn't been changed in months.

Uhm.. increases were granted. Effective from April. This same BS gets repeated each time - the only reason we have load shedding is because our power utility is not capable of keeping the lights on. It's literally as simple as that. No other "conspiracy" behind it. Just pure incompetence over the last 20 odd years.

This used to be true. But they got their increase for this year. They won the court case against NERSA to recover something like R60 billion from (paying) consumers. The fact that there is STILL loadshedding means they are royally fcked.

OK Tander, I agree with you 100%, last 20 years spot on, off a bit. Lets settle on when our "new" gauvement took over and fahrked all up. How does that sound?
