Eskom to implement stage 2 load shedding

Eskom will implement stage 2 load shedding on Saturday and Sunday as the power utility deals with unforeseen breakdowns.

The City will protect its customers from Eskom's load-shedding tomorrow, 12 December. City customers will NOT be shed between 06:00 and 14:00, whereafter they will be on Stage 1 until 23:00. This applies to Sunday, 13 December too. Eskom customers will be on Stage 2.
