Hello, is there any desktop app for Windows/Linux/Mac that works the same as Eskomsepush?

Nope.

However you can register and use the ESP API to call the service and get the same data as the app gives you.

You can integrate that into HomeAssistant (as many of us have done... See IOT thread on this subject)
