Esquire how did you get too a figure of 25% handling fee of returning unopened items within 7 days to the express store, that's insane.

5%-10% is ok not 25% that's bull.

Please let me know who told you and which branch (as nobody in Midrand knows about it )that we charge 25% handling fee for an unopened product that was bought within 7 days as we do not charge any handling fees not even 5-10% provided it still sealed with the original seals and packaging.

items that are opened and even not used and even brought back within one day , we do charge a 25% handling fee as we never sell that as new to anyone else, those items we will sell them off in the FireSale or Demo sale that we do once a year.

We do this to assure you that every product you buy from us is brand new . I honestly think that is fair to everyone. Even though it may sound a bit harsh it done to protect our customers

Makes sense.

25% handling fee on opened products is totally fair in my opinion.

25% handling fee is ridiculous, Esquire.

It sounds like a lot but take into account that we would sit with that item in warehouse until Mid October or early November when we have the Annual Fire and Demo sales , where clients get great products and greatly reduced pricing.

I am sure you would never pay full price for an item that is opened even if it was never used , that is why we would never sell that item to anyone as new; we never have and never will

25% for an opened item is fine you twit, or must they just take the hits on every knob who buys a wrong item. If its unopened and sealed etc then no more than 5%

Agree it is fair. It is not their fault you purchased the wrong product. Customer service does not suck in this country, It is often the stupidity and lack of intelligence from clients.

It was over the phone, I don't remember who it was, but either way when going in store the the handling fee was waived by the manager after inspecting items.
