Esquire CPT Pricelist Link Broken

If anyone has a new esquire CPT pricelist that they perhaps email to you, can you please forward it off to me at jsheedsa at gmail.com

Link is broken and i've called their CPT branch and asked for the pricelist to be emailed to me 3x in the last hour.

Reply is always the same let me confirm email address, sure, sent.

Yet i've tried a gmail and 2x private accounts and it does not come through.

Comeon Esquire, do I have to beg you to let me buy from you.

How hard can it be to email a pricelist?

I think i'll be taking my business elsewhere unless they respond.

Ok after about 10 calls, multiple emails etc I know have a pricelist.

Pretty pathetic Esquire...

For a first impression I doubt i'd consider you in the future if this wasn't urgent.

I've spoken to Adrian at Esquire CPT about 5x now. I have been trying to get a pricelist and confirm an order since 12:00 today.

3x calls - please send pricelist, provide email, sent sure.
- never received said pricelists.

Another 3x calls to get hold of Adrian to have him quote verbally, busy, leave a msg. Nobody gets back to me.

Email in again once I finally received pricelist - 3 hours late mind you.
- Once again no reply, no call back, bloody pathetic service.

To sum it up - 4 hours have now passed since I tried to confirm stock/price and place an order and I still have nothing to tell my client. Nobody from Esquire cares. Nobody from Esquire wants the business.

I will never ever ever buy from Esquire again.

Mohammed , way to go - your CPT team are ruining your image.

Pm'd Esquire - lets see if he has the decency to respond to this thread, or if he will just ignore it as seems to be the norm.

I know the feeling, nothing you can do about it with them.
Find another supplier.
 
Requested pricelist at 12 - followed up with multiple calls and emails and now a copy comes through @ 16:40. 2 hours 40 mins after I received their first copy at 14:00.

Better late than never eh?

Still no confirmation of stock though. Sigh.

If anything its interesting to note that esquire monitor the forums. I just got an email from one of their sales people in which i was cc'd.

It had a link to this mybb thread (http://mybroadband.co.za/vb/showthread.php?t=203231&highlight=esquire) and someone was asking her about it. Not sure I was supposed to be cc'd, but good to know someone is atleast following up, even if esquire doesn't reply to pm's.

just to let you know that I am a self confessed MYBB junkie and have to get my daily fix on MYBB , the reason I did not respond to your post because we were in China , Hong Kong and Taiwan for the whole week as we are gone into production on the official FIFA 2010 IT merchandise , If you did not know - Esquire is the first company in the world to be given the rights to produce and distribute the official FIFA 2010 IT merchandise , which you will see soon in all major retail stores, Curio stores, Gift stores , Filling stations etc and it is also going to be a great for SME resellers like yourself as you will be given the opportunity sell and be part of this historic event in our country. nice article , I been purchising frm u guys since I have been studying in Jhb and been purchasing frm ure milnerton branch since i moved to Cpt 4 yrs ago
, so i looked 4ward 2 selling these fifa gear to my clients down here

thank you for the PM and post , it has been a huge challenge to pull this one off , as it has never been done at any FIFA world cup events in history
but with a our dedicated team of designers, and marketing guys working till late at nights and over weekends -for weeks on end , we managed to even impress the guys at FIFA with the designs and products we producing and bringing to market for FIFA2010, we are also proud to the fact the it is a South African company that is bringing out the first FIFA IT merchandise to the world stage.

you should see some of the merchandise from January 2010 and the rest by February as this when the soccer fever will hot up in SA right until end July –
I am glad we count on your support to resell these products as this was one of motivations to the BIG Soccer bosses that we wanted to give SME businesses in South Africa a fair chance to benefit from this event.

I've always had nothing but excellent service from these guys, beyond my expectations and on really small orders. I hope you get your issues resolved so that you have an opportunity to experience the service I have.

Hi guys,

Just a quick note. Esquire has pm'd me and apologized, they have escalated the issue with the branch and I am happy with the reply. I will definitely give them the benefit of the doubt and try them again as I am happy with the way things were rectified.

I have to say I can't fault the service of the CPT branch when I went there in person. It's only their email and telephonic presence they need to work on. Once this has been fixed it will be a highly competitive outfit.
