Esquire Open on Friday 24th September 2010

Hi All

Today has been our record day of sales , we exceeded our Birthday sales by over 87% ,
this was contributed by 147 x 42” LCD TV, 96 x 24” LCD monitor, 82 x AC Ryan Media players, 261 x Digital Photo Frames
3642 x spindles of 100 pack DVD, 49 x BenQ Joy book Lite notebooks, 1417x Samsung 1TB drives
and a whopping 5218 x 4gb Flash drives that were sold today, as well as all the Divoom Xforce 1H speakers and other items

Overall a good day for sales and a good day for great bargains

Any decision on fulfilling the back orders at today's prices? Quite a few items were sold out via telephonic orders prior to 9am.
 
Pity the 24" BenQ was not the HDBL LED version advertised in the specials but only the HD version, still, got some good items anyway.
 
People are like piranhas at sales like this
 
I got some of the 100 DVD spindles, 4GB flash drives and Divoom speakers, was a bargain. Wanted to buy a 32" LCD but they sold out before I got to the que :(
 
Esquire did quite well today, had about a 30 minute wait at PE branch as to the normal in & out 5mins.
Did not manage to get all my goodies, but the balance is on back order at sale price :)

i send someone to the cape town branch to buy me the hp 620 notebook, 1 x 100 dvd spindle, 1 x kingston 8 gb g3 usb stick, 1 x 450w unique chassis, 2 x 1tb drive, 1 x esquire fm modulator... quite happy that he was able to get the notebook cause there was only one left.. well thats what the lady said yesterday afternoon... :-)

I stood in the queue for 2 hours today at the Durban branch

I was also there at 9 - and it was really busy.

Just want to thank Esquire, I've now got a new monster iCore 3 system with 8GB RAM humming here next to me! :)

*So glad I didn't buy a graphics card, the Intel HD onboard graphics on the iCore 3 is absolutely brilliant.
 
Sting i paid at 11:30. So was in there for at least 45 minutes.

I am still waiting for my account to be created. I made one with the news of 1st October the MyBB accounts will no longer be active.
 
2 x 1TB's & 7" foto frame. Waiting till the ram is on special again, need another 4GB.
Kinda glad they dont have Xpress Store here, cant help myself when stuff is priced so good.

Same here... I have 3x 1TB and 5x Toolkits on b/o.

Is that at all branches or was that just the one you went to?
My invoice says "BENQ G2420HDBL 24" LCD Monitor" and I still need to pick it up. I'm definitely wanting the LED version as that's what I paid for :)
