I placed an order with esquire on saturday.
I went through the process on the website, and the last screen gave me an invoice with all the banking details on it. No emails were sent and when I logged into my account today, it said that no orders have been placed. My basket wasn't cleared either.

Is this normal or did I miss a final step or something? I don't want to re-place the order and then find that I've doubled up.

This page? Not technically an invoice...

Did you hit the CONFIRM button that was hidden below all the banking details?

Yeah that's the one... sack, did I press confirm... probably didn't. Thanks

Yep, that button is hidden quite far down on the page so you probably did not press it. Especially if your basket is not empty, you got no emails and no order is showing on the site. In any case, there is no harm in doubling up if you only pay once. But I'd wait for their confirmation of stock etc etc before you EFT them the $$$ if I were you.

Just place the order again & see if it does something different when you click that "confirm".

To cancel a 'double-up' mistake is just a phone call. ;)

Haha Yeah I missed it. :o Resubmitted and its now logged on my profile.
Great suggestion with the confirmation of stock thing. I would have just EFT'd them.

Thanks everyone.

Cool.

No need to email them. With all my orders inside business hours they emailed me within 10 minutes:
Good Day

Thank you for the order

We have stock of all these items, As soon as we get payment we can send it off with the courier
