Hi Esquire, are you guys using VOIP at your Midrand branch?
The quality of call is shocking. It sounds like they are on the moon.

I had to call back 3 times.
Just bringing to your attention
 
LOL, Esquire you can contract me to fix your call centre for you (I've done a much larger one than yours for our company).

When you enter the queue they still have some reception person whom picks up first then redirects you (what is the point of the queue?).

Wonder if they record calls...

Problem isn't with VoIP. All the mayor providers in SA use VoIP on their own networks (G.729 and/or GSM). The problem is the service provider or the pipe connecting to the service provider.

Maybe they are dropping packets on their line (not using Diginet).

Can tell you one thing tho, VoIP > analogue when done correctly. It is crystal clear if you set it up correctly.

Snom is recognized as one of the best brands in VoIP space. Might be a PEBCAK problem.
 
Maybe they using Neohell?
I have Neohell, with an outside antenna, and it sounds like I'm at the bottom of a well with a plastic bag on my head

LOL, technically I think that would mean your are dead. Killed by some physco and dumped in a well :p
 
I have tried to get an account at Esquire 3 times just spent a few grand upgrading some PCs don't look like much is working there !

Same my side, had a small company that wanted 10 generic tablets with android 2.2 couldnt get in with esquire so got them myself online at 1200 a pop and then sold them at 1575 each not much but its a profit.

Apologies my mail spam filter must have trashed the email from Esquire I have had an account since 12/01/2012.

Oh god can you believe it after reading your post I checked my email spam and sure enough it is there as well I have an account as well hahahahahahahahaha. Sorry esquire my bad
