When buying from esquire, do you collect at the store or can they deliver?
Where is the store located in Midrand?

Thanks

Their delivery/courier fees are insane. They wanted to charge me R200+ to ship a flash disk which probably weighs 50 grams.

you can collect from the warehouse 71 Landmarks Avenue , Kosmosdaal Ext 11 , Samarand , or we can deliver to you for R99 if the amount is under R 5000.00excl, anything above over R 5000.00 excl the delivery fee is zero provided you are in the Midrand, Pretoria , Centurion area , it will ideal to come collect as you get to see the Xpress Store and also get your Xpress Card and best off all. to see the wide range of products we carry and meet the team so you can negotiate pricing with them for future purchases.

so can i can go straight to the store and buy or do i have to buy online then collect? Provided i have an account of course.

Either, you can buy online and collect or buy in the store.

Do you already have an account? If not click the link in Esquire's signature

Yes, you can go to the Xpress Store and purchase like you would at a supermarket (Grab a Trolley or Basket and browse through the aisles)

Warning!!!!! Please bring enough money with as you going to purchase more than you expected to spend. :D

or the traditional way where meet with a sales person to place your order, once you have your Online account activated you can also place orders Online

Your account has already been opened since 07/01/2013 , Your account name is your Nick-MYBB , When you go to the Xpress Store give them that details and they will issue you with a Xpress Card.

No Kidding, the store is too tempting. I know where ALL my money is going to go. Going on a bread and water diet to afford more stuff :P

What does the Xpress card give you?

Nothing at the moment but you can use your Xpress card for warranty if you left your invoice behind and it give you access to the shop as we do not sell directly to end users , the concession we made only to MyBB members.

For three years we ran the iBonga program where you earned rewards for every purchase but is was complete disaster and cost us R 60k per month as clients never redeemed the points , we working on a new internal rewards program that we will launch around June/July , That is easier and controlled in-house not with an outside party that cost a fortune.

So your Xpress Card and the number that is on the card will be activated once the new program will come into effect.

So how does one get this card, just ask at the xpress store?

The Xpress Card can be issued at any Xpress Stores , just give them your account number and account name they will verify that your registered on the system and issue your card.

While we at it, just want to pop a Q in as well,

What criteria do you guys look at after 3 months, regarding account reviews?, as for me, I will be buying goodies every now and again, and then also when upgrades come up etc, but cannot say that I will be buying loads every month.

That is a standard message we do for all applications and have never enforced it , unless if there was never any activity on the account, even if you bought a mouse pad that account can never get deleted.

Is it true that only debit and ETF is accepted now, and no Credit Cards?

Yes we stopped accepting credit cards as the bank charges are too high we tried to negotiate a better rate , but according the banks they giving us the same rate as large retail stores but when you working on 3-5% and have to pay 2% it does not make sense, charging the 2% as admin charge is not allowed in this country or having a separate pricing structure for credit cards is not possible we decided to drop the credit card but we still accept Debit cards or EFT’s
