I want to try and place an order today and hopefully still collect today, but the contact number provided on their website goes to a fax machine.

Is there a number or email address I can use?

Tried the 8500 number 3 times, got fax tone each time.

Weird, I just tried it again and I get fax tone straight away...

lol... this is just how my day is going, nothing is working quite right. Think I should go back to bed and carry on tomorrow.

I have had all the lines checked they all seem to be working fine , it might have had a problem this morning as we adding Neotel lines to our switchboard and they might have been busy with that

All lines are working fine now, you can also use 0861 70 00 00 as an alternate number. We will also add the Neotel numbers on the website as soon as soon they are activated-hopefully today.
