So I got the email yesterday about the specials for Today, Tomorrow and Saturday and i was wondering if those are only if you walk into the store or if i can get those same deals online? Specifically i am looking at getting the ACRyan PlayOn Essential.

Looks like it is only in store, as it is more expensive in the online store. Suppose best bet is to call them and find out.

Also note that the Essential does not have network support, just in case that might be important to you.

Yeah, i checked that. Just need something to stick a 1Tb drive in.

Just got off the phone from them. Specials seem to be in store only.

EDIT: Just ordered it over the phone :)

The Essential only has 16MB of RAM, I find the unit to be quite slow. Irritates me a bit that it lags when browsing the folders etc, so I gave mine away.

But its the only one that can take a 3.5" drive internally. Plus its R600 :D.

Yeah, granted.
It does also have a firmware update that improves things slightly. I just thought I'd share why the unit is so cheap (Oldest Realtek chip + using only 16MB RAM) so that you know what you're buying :)

It plays back 1080p perfectly, it's just VERY slow and laggy when you fast-forward or rewind etc etc.
I ended up just buying a Mede8er for my fianceé, much better unit.
