Good day

I hope that someone may help. More than 20 years ago, my father-in-law passed - and the estate was handled and the 3 children received financial amounts within their banking accounts. 3 months ago, my mother-in-law passed away, and there was no estate to be benefited from. However, during this time, it was commented on by 2 of the children that the inheritance from the original death of their father, did not match. It was supposed to be done equally (According to their knowledge)

If I would like to try and review this information, but I do not know who handled the estate originally, is there someplace that I can contact to maybe get this information?

Any advice would be appreciated

Thanks - Not finding it (Don't have a case number) but will they have records from more than 22 years ago available online?

The Master of the High Court usually deals with estates, maybe try the one in your jurisdiction to get the case number.

I see the online portal is from 2008 only.

Best option would be is to go to the nearest office to you and query it there. I think there will be a fee for them to find the file, I know they will charge for a copy.

Not sure if they'll have all the info but property24.com does give out property information for R79 per property
