Et 500 gate motor

I have a problem with my gate motor. I changed the battery and tried to reset it but it does not move when I press direction. It says "check motor conn limit" qnd I don't know where to check. Please anyone who can assist.

That is a Drive 500, or 600 not an ET500 since it has a display. 500 = Green cover, 600 = Burgundy cover

The Limit error message refers to the green cable which is attached to the jumper at the top right. Is your manual release closed?



Depending on the direction of travel and where the gate is fully open, to the left or right, you need to choose "R" or "L" where to plug it in

Release the gate and open it half-way

Then hold down [ ] and follow these instructions

If you see the same error, unplug the battery and power supply and try again
